@JellyDogNYC The iPad has more capabilities because of the 1 ghz processor, bigger screen etc. You can do a lot more with this that what you can do with an iPod Touch.

Do I want and ipad? Nope… I played with one for like 30 min and got bored with it. It really is like an ipod touch only larger. The Kindle’s price has dropped quite a bit (around $379) since this video, but the basic ipad is still $499.

i finally got to mess with an ipad and i thought it was amazing! but, i dont think it was worth the money… i dont see a need for it when im at home and i dont have good ATT service where i live. yes it was an amazing device but it doesnt fit what i need. a smart phone from verizon works just as well so thats what i got.

The IPAD is not a replacement for a laptop but it will be several models later. Even with its flaws its a revolutionary design that will only get better. Apple really is an incredibly computer company. I am glad they are around.
