do not buy this product if you are a novice or for that matter, quite adept with your computer. too many headaches to get things to work with this product using windows vista. customer service is also, lacking. if your e-mail works after install, you can request online help. Still no published phone number for customer support and still no e-mail response.

I bought this product thinking it was going to be a top notch product that did everything. After having this product for a month I realized that it does absolutely nothing for my laptop except cause havoc! There are to many problems to state, but one thing that it does do great is cause major headaches. Needless to say I’m uninstalling Defender Pro 15 In One and getting VIPRE on my laptop.

Make sure your settings are right and uninstall any preexisting antivirus. I had trouble because of my setting but it tells you in the directions what to do.
