@RebelSoul2010 I happen to be a NASCAR fan…. F1 is to much follow the leader type racing for me. And I know I’m going to get the…NASCAR turns left bullshit but at least there’s close racing and PASSING!

i agree that nascar sucks. i dont know why its so popular here and i wish F1 would catch on for more people. i think american interest in F1 would help the sport out alot. but there is plenty of american racing that utilizes cornering: ALMS for example.

i play mw2 and when im in a game the ps3 freeze and then i turn it off and then on, so i start playing another match and then it freeze again and that is happening over and over again and more and more often.

Guys i have the exact problem and i fixed it. iits to do with the HDMI cable, i had a Version 1.3C HDMI cable and it kept blinking randomly, then i changed the HDMI cable to a 1.3B now everything works fine!!

Freezing is somewhat of a miscellaneous issue since it can be a number of things… Prolonged periods of play causes overheating, which is one way it can freeze. Also check to see if the same thing happens to other games, as scratches on the disk can cause freezing as well. The worst situation would be that your? frequent freezing means that your Ps3 is on its way to a yellow light of death, in which case you would need to pay sony for a refurbished ps3 or buy a new one entirely.

I got a LG 42” LE5400 and what I get is a black screen for about 1-2 secs once or twice every minute or so. I tried this but didn’t work It only happens when using hdmi cable and its set at 1080p if I uncheck the 1080p in the settings and let use other resolutions (1080i or 720p) the problem stops.
Any ideas of how I can make this tv work with the ps3 at 1080p?
